For any kind of pain, we must try pain relief management. It's the only solution for gradually decreasing the pain. Aritra has come up as one of the successful pain management centres in Delhi. Also they conduct a self Management Camp at their centre.



What is pain management 

Anything which you can not bear is pain. It may be in the form of some medical issues or an emotional outburst. Pain can be physical or emotional. But both of them equally need to be treated. Increasing the intensity of pain will not aggravate the 

situation.


Physical pain

Pain like knee pain, joint pain in joints, back ache, chronic disease and all such can be defined as physical pain. These can be treated with oral medication and therapies. One can use hot or cold packs, massage, hydrotherapy and exercise for relieving the pain. Maybe after a certain time period, we may overcome this pain. 


Emotional pain

Something that is related to your emotions, can be classified as emotional pain. It can be overcome by  counselling sessions, psychological therapies. Also, a self management workshop at Aritra can do wonders. 


Self management
